WhatsApp has introduced a personalised sticker feature to its iOS and web version users

The feature allows you to transform your own photos into stickers or tailor existing ones within the Meta-owned app itself.

The best part is that the generated stickers can be modified and also shared with other contacts!

You can create your own stickers by adding text, drawings, or overlaying other photos

Here's how to create a personalised sticker on WhatsApp:

1. Select the sticker icon to the right of the text box.
2. Tap "create sticker" to choose a photo from your gallery.
3. Customise the sticker with cutouts, text, extra stickers, or drawings.

The sent stickers will be saved in your sticker tray for easy reuse.

Besides that, you can also edit existing stickers on WhatsApp

Here's how:

1. Open the sticker tray.
2. Long-press the desired sticker.
3. Select the "edit sticker" button.
4. Customise the sticker to your liking.

However, this new feature is not yet available on Android

The new in-app sticker editing tool is already available on WhatsApp Web.

Also, it is gradually being rolled out to users on iOS 17. Those with older iOS versions can edit existing stickers but cannot create new ones.
