Google's Launchpad Accelerator is a program to empower founders by supporting their startups through mentorship and equity-free support.

It's looking for mid to late stage tech startups that “that already have a product and are primed to scale”.

The six-month training course includes a two-week all expenses paid trip to Google's San Francisco campus

In addition to the mentoring, participants will receive credits for Google products, PR assistance, and continued support from Google back in their home country.

Aside from Malaysia, Google has also expanded the program to Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines

Some of the startups that have been funded in the past include HashLearn, an Android app in Indian that offers on-demand tutoring; iGrow, an app that helps people in Indonesia essentially pay farmers to grow food for them; and Delivery Direto, Brazil's own on-demand food delivery service.

As expected, the selection will be strict and competition will be tight as the company is "looking for technical startups with the most growth potential in their respective countries and around the world"

Interested? The next mentoring session will begin on 17 July 2017 - you can apply here until 24 April 2017. You're also required to produce a short video on your startup.

Good luck! :D
