The storm over Cardiff City continues after Alisher Apsalyamov quit as the club's interim head of recruitment, reported Britain's Daily Mail.
The paper said the 23-year-old Apsalyamov, who was appointed by Cardiff owner Tan Sri Vincent Tan, was forced to leave his position after failing to obtain a work permit.
