Cendol, Pitbull, Make The Most "Interesting" World Cup Opening Ceremony Ever

Brazil kicked off the World Cup in style, by hosting the opening ceremony in the Arena de Sao Paulo

The ceremony started off with a performance by Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez and Leitte who sang "We Are One", the official theme song for the World Cup

They performed on an elaborate stage that resembled a peeled melon

This was followed by some "interesting" floral-inspired dance performances

Accompanied with 'cendol' dancers and men camouflaged as trees

Acrobatic kids were made to dress up as soccer balls with 'safety first' football helmets

Some even dressed up as musical instruments!

There was even a boy rowing a canoe, carried by "Doraemon" looking creatures

There was a special moment in the ceremony, when a paraplegic man managed to kick a ball wearing an exoskeleton powered by his mind
