Your Packages Not Arriving On Time? Mountains Of Parcels Are Under Process At KLIA Hub

Pos Malaysia receives about 600,000 parcels a day.

A video showing mountains of parcels being processed at the Pos Malaysia International Hub KLIA recently went viral

The video by Adella Mohd Noor was shared by Twitter user @kaymanbeaustore and it received over 19,000 retweets.

The caption read, "For those wondering why your item is still stuck and hasn't left KLIA hub, you have to watch this video. This is the reason. There are a lot of items stuck. Hope that everyone stays patient especially seller and buyers."

Pos Malaysia explained that roughly 600,000 parcels are being processed each day during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period

In response to the video, Pos Malaysia's official Twitter account wrote, "Dear cherished customer, Pos Malaysia has been receiving an average of 600,000 parcels each day during the MCO. Our staff are determined to carry out their duties and make sure that each parcel will be handed to the receiver."

They also assured that they are following MCO guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOP).

"However, our operating hours are subject to MCO guidelines and SOP. We are doing our best to send your items and we hope you can remain patient. Your cooperation is highly appreciated," another tweet read.

The company is also looking to hire more riders this MCO, offering up to RM6,000 in commissions

The requirements are:
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Owns a commercial van.
- Has a full GDL licence.
- Owns a smartphone with the Android mobile OS version 5.0 or above.
