[VIDEO] Brawl Breaks Out At Songkran Event In 1 Utama Parking Lot

A video showing a brawl at a Songkran event outside 1 Utama Shopping Centre in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, has gone viral
According to the viral video on Facebook, what began as a festive celebration turned into chaos when groups of men started throwing punches and chairs at each other.
The incident is believed to have taken place on the last night of the Songkran Festival 2025, which was held from 10 to 20 April, at the shopping mall's outdoor car park.
Petaling Jaya police chief ACP Shahrulnizam Ja'far said there has been no police reports filed by the public about the incident so far
However, according to Malay Mail, he said the incident is currently under police investigation as he has instructed the Damansara station chief to lodge a report to initiate a probe.
SAYS has reached out to 1 Utama Shopping Centre for a comment but has yet to receive a reply.
