A Malaysian company is currently offering a five-figure reward to anyone who refers a friend to work for them.
Colony, a co-working space company in KL, is offering the handsome reward as part of its hiring initiative for 2018.
The reward scheme was posted on Facebook yesterday, 5 February.
The offer is valid for all CVs referred to the company from 1 February to 28 February 2018. However, you can't nominate yourself.
To qualify for the reward, your referred candidate must pass the six-month probation.
The offer is open to everyone, regardless of nationalities.
Some of the positions offered are Community Manager, Account Manager (Sales), and Business Analyst.
So, if you have a friend who's currently on a job hunt, try your luck by referring them to Colony! You can keep the cash or be an even better friend by sharing it. ;)
