A Singaporean Facebook page, Singapore Shout-out, has alleged in a recent post that a taxi driver assaulted a man in Johor Bahru

According to the Facebook post, the man approached the taxi driver to ask how much he would charge for a trip to Larkin Sentral, to which the driver replied that he would be charging RM60.

The passenger felt like he was being overcharged for the taxi ride and went on to ask other drivers how much they would charge for the same trip.

According to the Singapore Shout-out post, the taxi driver was unsatisfied that the man didn't want to pay the price he quoted, and then allegedly proceeded to follow the passenger and ask him how much he thought he should be charged for the trip.

The passenger replied that Grab was only charging RM12 for the same trip, noting that it was unreasonable for the driver to charge RM60, the post claims.
