During his visit to Malaysia yesterday, 28 November, the Sultan of Brunei unexpectedly took the wheel of the Prime Minister's official car and drove Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to Seri Perdana, Putrajaya
Anwar, who was in the limousine's passenger seat, smiled and waved at reporters.
The son of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, Prince 'Abdul Mateen Bolkiah, was also travelling in the car, reported Bernama.

He greeted Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah and the delegation from Brunei at the RMAF base at 11.40am.
A guard of honour mounted by the Malaysian army, under the command of Major Mohd Faudzi Che Hashim, was immediately inspected by the Sultan upon his arrival.
Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali also greeted His Majesty upon his arrival.
The purpose of the meeting was to assess how Malaysia and Brunei's cooperation is progressing as well as look into ways to strengthen bilateral ties and cooperation for the benefit of both parties
According to a statement by Wisma Putra, with total trade of USD1.94 billion (RM8.03 billion) in 2021, Brunei was Malaysia's 30th largest trading partner and the sixth largest in ASEAN.
Because of the countries' shared history, culture, and links amongst the people, Malaysia and Brunei have a particular bond that dates back many years.
The Sultan's most recent trip to Kuala Lumpur, the statement added, was from 4 March to 6 March 2019, when he attended the 22nd Annual Leaders' Consultation between Malaysia and Brunei.
