M'sian Student Gets Perfect Score In IB & Receives Offer From Imperial College London

Her achievement places her among the less than 1% of candidates worldwide who have received a perfect score.

Raz Irina Mohd Razlan, a Malaysian student from Kolej Tunku Kurshiah, recently achieved a perfect score of 45 points in the 2023 International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme

According to an Instagram post by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Raz received the highest grade, which is grade seven, for six subject groups.

She also achieved full marks for three Diploma Programme (DP) cores, including the theory of knowledge (TOK), creativity, activity, and service (CAS), and the extended essay.

Raz's achievement places her among the less than 1% of candidates worldwide who have received a perfect score

According to MoE, the student has accepted an offer from Imperial College London and will continue her studies in MEng Chemical Engineering.

"As a student who is always committed, positive, mature in thought, and self-sufficient, Raz demonstrates consistency and excellence in her studies.

"She has accepted an offer to continue her studies in the field of MEng Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London. Congratulations and good luck to Raz Irina Mohd Razlan," the ministry wrote in their Instagram post.
