School Bus Driver In Kajang Arrested After Forcing A 10-Year-Old Girl To Give Oral Sex
Conviction carries a jail of maximum 20 years and whipping.

A 47-year-old man, who drives a school bus in Kajang, was arrested for allegedly forcing a 10-year-old school girl to give oral sex to him
According to a report in NST Online, a police complaint was lodged by the girl's father at the Bangi police station on Friday night at around 8pm, 25 May.
Police then arrested the 47-year-old man from Bangi later the same night.
It is believed that the bus driver had forced the victim to perform the lewd act several times, Kajang police chief Assistant Commissioner Ahmad Dzaffir Mohd Yussof said.
The incident only came to light after a friend of the girl informed the victim's father about what the bus driver was making her do
ACP Ahmad Dzaffir said that on the day of the incident, a friend of the complainant had informed that victim’s father that she saw her perform the lewd act on the driver.
"The father then saw the victim getting down the van in tears and questioned her when inside the house," Dzaffir said, adding that he then took his daughter to lodge a report.
According to a report in The Star Online, while it was not the first time such an act had taken place, the girl could not remember the previous instances.
Reportedly, the suspect had threatened to harm her if she informed her parents.
Background checks showed that the suspect has previous criminal records involving a lewd case and three drug offences
He has been remanded for six days until 31 May and the case is being investigated under Section 14 (a) of the Sex Offenses Act Against Children 2017.
