Perlis Warden Allegedly Sodomised A 9-Year-Old Tahfiz Student 12 Times In A Month

Four other students also fell victim to the warden's sexual assault.

A tahfiz school teacher in Kangar, Perlis lodged a police report against a hostel warden yesterday, 9 May for allegedly sodomising five students

According to Kosmo, State police chief Datuk Noor Mushar Mohd revealed that the sodomy and sexual assault had been going on since early April. 

Oriental Daily reported that the five victims are aged between nine and 15.

One of the victims, who is nine years old, was reportedly sodomised by the warden 12 times since 1 April

The young victim revealed that he was first called to the 28-year-old warden's room before being sodomised. 

The nine-year-old was forced to watch gay porn, kissed on the lips, grabbed by his privates, and sodomised.

Noor Mushar revealed that the victim was only allowed to return to his room at 5am the next morning.

"The suspect ejaculated six times before letting the boy go," the police chief was quoted as saying by Oriental Daily. 

The boy was then sodomised for another 11 times after the night of the incident.

Other victims were forced to perform oral sex on the hostel warden

A 15-year-old victim revealed to his teacher, who lodged the police report, that he was sodomised on 24 April, according to Kosmo. 

"The victim said it was the fourth time he was asked to enter the warden's room, sodomised, and forced to perform oral sex on the suspect," Noor Mushar said. 

All victims had been threatened with beatings if they revealed the warden's actions to other teachers.

The 28-year-old suspect has yet to be arrested by the police

Noor Mushar revealed that although the police had been working on detaining the warden, he escaped after realising he had been reported to the police. He was last seen in Ipoh.

The case is being investigated under Section 15 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, and Sections 377 and 506 of the Penal Code.
