PDRM Raid A Hotel Room To Find 6 Men With 2 Underage Girls Having Drug-Fuelled Party
The two girls, who were minors and not schooling, did not test positive for drugs.

In a raid that took place at a hotel on early Tuesday morning, 17 November, the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) detained a group of 10 people who were indulging in a drug-fuelled party in one of the rooms
They raided the hotel in Mak Mandin, Butterworth, Penang, at 1.15am Tuesday.
During the raid, they found the group, aged between 15 and 23, in one of the rooms, according to Seberang Prai Utara district police chief ACP Noorzainy Mohd Noor.
Of the 10 people, six were men, two were women, and two were 15-year-old girls.
The raid was done under Ops COVID-19 to check on the standard operating procedures and ensure public compliance during the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) period.
Noorzainy said the group of friends were believed to have organised the party beforehand.
Five of the men tested positive for drugs
The group had checked in on Monday afternoon and had rented the room for RM150.
"Urine tests conducted on five of the men came back positive for drugs," ACP Noorzainy said, adding, "The teen girls, who were minors and not schooling, did not test positive."
"They have all been detained to assist investigations into the case," he said.
The five who tested positive for drugs were brought to North Seberang Perai police headquarters to facilitate investigations under Section 15(1)(a) Dangerous Drug Act 1952.
All 10 were also fined RM1,000 for violating the CMCO
The suspects were compounded under Rule 10(8) of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (Measures within the Infected Local Areas) Regulations 2020.
