Ray-Bans At 90% Off? Don't Fall For It

Earlier today, some of us came across few Facebook posts that claim to offer heavy discounts on branded sunglasses, like:

Ray-Bans. The cult brand for sunglasses. They definitely don't come cheap and we understand how a price tag of less than USD25 would sound really tempting. This one was posted on 4 April:

There are several other such posts circulating on the Social Network. Each post claims to offer an "one day only exclusive sale".

However, the website addresses, with really unpronounceable names like qdkofx.com, ipjvpo.com among others, provided with the posts seems to vary each single time.

But that's not all, according to our search on website Scam Adviser, these sites have zero trust rating and "may not be safe to use."

According to checks on Scam Adviser, both the websites, qdkofx.com and ipjvpo.com, has been newly registered with a "short life expectancy, which follows the pattern used by many fraudulent and fake selling websites." It further asks users to be "extra care before providing any payment information" to such websites.
