2 Men Die From COVID-19 Without Knowing They Had It
One was a Sabahan, who died at home, and another was from Kedah.

On Wednesday, 30 September, the Ministry Of Health (MOH) reported that there were two new deaths from COVID-19 in the country
The two new COVID-19 fatalities have brought Malaysia's COVID-19 death toll to 136.
The victims, both male, were identified by their case numbers, 11,207 and 11,185. While case 11,205 was from Kedah, case 11,185 was a Sabahan, according to a statement by MOH.
Both the victims died without knowing they had the COVID-19 virus
Based on details provided by MOH, the man from Kedah, aged 46, had a background of diabetes, heart, and kidney diseases. While the man from Sabah, aged 70, was a final stage cancer patient.
The 40-year-old man first experienced symptoms associated with COVID-19 on 21 September. He then started having breathing difficulties and was brought to the Emergency Department of the Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital (HSB) in Alor Setar for treatment on 28 September.
His condition deteriorated and he died at 6.15pm the same day.
Following which, a COVID-19 test found that the deceased was positive for the coronavirus.
Meanwhile, the 70-year-old Sabahan with terminal cancer died at home in Tawau on 26 September. The body of the deceased was then brought to the forensic unit of Hospital Tawau in Sabah.
On 29 September, a COVID-19 test performed on the victim revealed that he was positive.
Amidst this, Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah has warned about an increased pandemic risk in Selangor where COVID-19 is spreading faster than Sabah based on the two states' Rt value
An Rt value indicates how fast COVID-19 is spreading.
From recording two to three daily new cases during the fourth week of September, MOH has recorded 10 to 15 new daily cases of the coronavirus between Sunday, 27 September and Tuesday, 29 September.
Following which, Dr Noor Hisham warned that the COVID-19 infection rate in Selangor, at Rt value of 1.95, is much higher than Sabah, where the Rt value was 1.29 as of yesterday.
