Man Harasses MBPJ Officers Who Tried To Tow Away His Car In Uptown PJ

In a viral video tweeted by MyWatch on 27 May, a man was seen arguing with Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) officers when they tried to tow away his car for having double-parked.
In the 50-second video, the man was heard telling the officers that he can pay the fine on-the-spot and that they do not need to tow his car
"Saya bayar. Saya sudah cakap saya bayar," (I will pay. I already said I will pay.) he said, while trying to prevent them from towing away his car.
An argument ensued when one of the officers started yelling in response, "You sentuh saya kenapa? (Why are you touching me?)"
"You sentuh lori saya kenapa?" he continued, which translated means, "Why are you touching my lorry?"
The man, who looks like he is in his mid-30s, was then seen attempting to stop another officer from clamping his tyres
The first officer was then seen tugging him away and questioning why he was touching the second officer.
The man replied: "Saya bayar sekarang (I'll pay now)," while he held his phone and continued to physically stop the officers from clamping another tyre.
Out of frustration, the first MBPJ officer then pushed the man away, while the second officer tried to hold him to prevent a fight from breaking out
Meanwhile, the man taking the video - believed to be another officer - also tries to stop the duo from fighting.
