Malaysians Have Donated RM18.6 Million To Tabung Harapan In Just Two Days
The trust fund was launched on 30 May.

As of 3pm today, 1 June, the Ministry of Finance announced that the Tabung Harapan Malaysia (THM) has received RM18.6 million in donations from the public
The amount has more than doubled the collection announced yesterday, which stood at RM7 million in less than 24 hours since the trust fund was launched on 30 May
The ministry also warned Malaysians not to deposit funds to a fake THM account that is currently making its rounds on social media
The correct bank account number should be 5660 1062 6452.
Malaysians are also advised to keep their transaction receipts as the donations are tax deductible for both individuals and companies.
