Lancôme has just opened its biggest store in Southeast Asia and its located right here in Malaysia!
Guests had a tour of the luxury fragrance and skincare boutique during its launch on Monday, 19 August at Mid Valley Megamall.
Spanning 940 square feet, the new outlet has three service rooms, including a one-of-a-kind, futuristic facial cabin with a "secret doorway to heaven"
Customers are "transported to a different world" as they walk through the doors of the cosy space designed to pamper.
Lancôme Institute Facial Cabine offers signature facials that follow the rhythm of soft music playing in the background with each facial step.
The room has a floor-to-ceiling screen of Paris, which alternates from day to night as the facial service progresses – perfect in setting the mood for one to relax
You can trust that you will be in good hands, as its services are done by beauticians who are trained only by the 'Master in France'.
The boutique also offers the Modiface app – a virtual mirror that helps customers find the right makeup colours to suit their skin tone.
