117 New COVID-19 Cases Recorded With 80 Linked To The KL Tabligh Cluster

The total number of cases linked to the tabligh cluster has now reached 513.

A total of 117 new COVID-19 cases were recorded today, 18 March

According to the Ministry of Health (MOH), 80 of these new cases are linked to the cluster cases to the four-day ijtimak tabligh gathering that was held at Sri Petaling Jamek Mosque in Kuala Lumpur.

The religious gathering was attended by over 14,500 Malaysians.

With the new cases recorded today, 18 March, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases of Malaysians from the tabligh gathering has now reached 513.

The total number of cases in the country is now 790

Of which, 15 patients are in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and require breathing assistance.

Additionally, there is now a case in every state
