A man recently found a leech lodged in his eye
According to TikTok user @lukas_borneo, the incident took place in Borneo Rainforest Lodge in Lahad Datu, Sabah.
In the video, the guy can be seen opening his eye while another person uses a pair of plastic tweezers, typically used for contact lenses, to carefully remove the leech.
Within seconds, they manage to pull the leech out of his eye and the creature can be seen wriggling around on the tweezers
The camera then pans to reveal the guy's eye, which had turned a reddish colour.
The video has received over 2.3 million views and 1,600 comments, with many viewers expressing that they've just unlocked a new fear
