RM500 Is All Someone Needs To Buy Fake SPM Or STPM Certificates
The forger is only a WhatsApp message away.

Forged Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) certificates can be bought online via WhatsApp for just RM500
The forger, who goes by the name of "Huang", told an undercover reporter from Oriental News Daily that he only needed the name of the student and the school to complete the process.
Huang added that there is no need to meet face-to-face as the whole process can be done via WhatsApp. It is also a precaution for Huang as he does not want to leave behind clues or footprints to be traced back to him later on.
The forger's target audience are school leavers who have failed their SPM or STPM exams and are desperate for a good paper qualification
It is reported that many of his "customers" use this service to get into colleges and universities as well as to apply for jobs when their original results don't meet the qualifications or requirements.
Huang actually guarantees that the records in the Education Ministry's database will change according to the forged certificate
Huang assured that there will be no discrepancies between the forged certificate and the record in the Ministry's database as he has inside people helping him.
'We have been doing this for many years,' Huang told the reporter.
To avoid suspicion, only a mediocre credit will be shown on the fake certificate
Huang also added that the results on the fake certificates typically do not have excellent results but customers are able to customise it. This is to avoid further suspicion.
The reporter asked if he could buy additional 'As', Huang answered that it was difficult.
However, those who are caught with fake certificates can be sentenced to seven years behind bars and a fine
Under Section 468 of the Penal Code, whoever commits forgery, intending that the forged document shall be used for the purpose of cheating, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to a fine.
