Report: Deputy Health Minister To Be Charged In Court Tomorrow For Violating MCO
The court hearing will start at 9am on Tuesday, 28 April.

Deputy Health Minister Datuk Dr Noor Azmi Ghazali and Perak state executive councillor (exco) Razman Zakaria will be charged in court tomorrow, 28 April, for violating the Movement Control Order (MCO)
New Straits Times confirmed the matter after reaching out to Perak police chief Datuk Razarudin Husain.
The duo will be charged at the Gerik Magistrate Court at 9am.
"Go to the Gerik Magistrate Court tomorrow morning," Razarudin told the daily.

The photos show at least 20 people sitting on the ground while enjoying a jamuan (banquet) without practising social distancing.
Noor Azmi deleted the photos after the public called him out for failing to adhere to the MCO
Among those who criticised him were his coalition member, UMNO vice president Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin.
"He is the Deputy Health Minister - not any other deputy minister - who has failed to set a good example during the MCO," said Mohamed Khaled in an Instagram post.
"In other countries such as New Zealand, the health minister resigned for violating lockdown rules. People also voiced their anger when the UK housing minister and South Africa communication minister made the same offence. We do not want to have different rules, leaders must be role models to the people."
Meanwhile, former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir criticised the Perikatan Nasional leaders for flouting the MCO, claiming that some leaders seem to have "special" privileges.
Under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988, offenders will be liable to a fine not exceeding RM1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both, upon conviction.
