Cakar kasut kulit pakai kuku sampai bercalar balar kasut kita. Terima kasih.

Expressing her frustration, Nurul urged parents to supervise their children more closely.

"Please monitor your children. Even if they are no longer little, we can still correct their behaviour and teach them to act appropriately. This is a shopping mall, and the products here are not toys," she wrote.

While she acknowledged that the scratches could be polished, she explained that the shoes — made from beeswax or seasonal leather — would still bear visible marks, making them less appealing to customers.

The incident, which was only noticed after the child had left the store at the Design Village outlet mall in Batu Kawan, sparked backlash online, with many social media users criticising the parents

Some users pointed out that the child appeared to look around before deliberately damaging the shoes, suggesting that he was aware of his actions.

Others argued that he was old enough to know better and should have been taught not to behave that way.

One commenter remarked that if they were a customer, they would hesitate to purchase a pair of visibly scratched leather shoes, even if polished.

As of this writing, there has been no indication of whether the child's parents have responded or offered to compensate for the damage.
