Teen's Body Chopped Up In 10 Pieces Found In Johor

The police found the body parts yesterday evening.

In a horrifying turn of events, chopped up body of a teenager was found stuffed in plastic bags in a house in Tangkak, Johor.

The authorities found the cut up parts of the victim's body in five different plastic bags in the sewage pipeline of the house.

According to Malay daily, Harian Metro, the owner of the house in Kampung Kesang Laut contacted the police after stumbling upon a severed foot in his compound when cleaning the house.

The authorities received the call at about 3.15pm yesterday, 6 November.

Police later recovered a total of five plastic bags containing body parts of the victim hidden in a culvert at the parking lot of the kampung house. The victim’s head was found buried in the ground close to the house.

Tangkak district police chief Superintendent Mohad Idris Samsuri, said that they believe that the victim is a male, below the age of 20 and that the murder must have happened about three days ago based on the condition of the victim's remains

The authorities are currently investigating the case under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder and a 19-year-old was arrested just hours after they police made the discovery of the gruesome body parts

"As of now, we know that the suspect has no prior criminal records," explained Mohad Idris.

He also asked members of the public that are missing a family member to come forward with any information they may have about the case.
