Babysitter's Son Raped A 4-Year-Old Girl At Her Mum's Unregistered Nursery
The 12-year-old boy committed the act thrice since May.

A 12-year-old boy is being held under remand until 5 July after he admitted to raping a four-year-old girl thrice since May
The incident took place at the boy's babysitter mother's residence in Batu Gajah.
Batu Gajah Police chief ACP Ahmad Adnan Basri said that the Year Six pupil admitted to committing the offences when questioned by the police after the girl's mother lodged a report on the advice of the doctor who found a torn hymen and other tears on the girl's private parts, Bernama reported yesterday, 2 July.
The Year Six pupil was apparently influenced by pornographic videos he saw on a mobile phone, according to ACP Adnan
He advised parents to exercise caution when allowing their kids to surf the Internet.
The incident came to light last Friday, 28 June, when the little girl's mother took her to the Tanjung Tualang Clinic in Perak after the four-year-old had complained of pain in her private parts
The examining doctor then advised the mother to talk to the babysitter about the injuries on the victim's private parts and also asked her to lodge a police report.
Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail has ordered the babysitter's unregistered nursery to be shut down
Dr Wan Azizah, who is also Women, Family and Community Development Minister, said checks revealed that the centre was not registered with the Welfare Department.
"I was made to understand that the nursery is taking care of eight children. According to the department's regulation, nurseries that take care of more than four children should register with the department," she was quoted as saying by NST Online.
The DPM also commented on mobile phone usage among children these days, stressing on the importance of parental guidance.
"This is one of the negative effects of the Internet. Parents should monitor their children’s mobile phone usage at all times," Dr Wan Azizah said.
