A Mosque In Bukit Damansara Urges Members To Get Tested After 5 COVID-19 Cases Reported
The five COVID-19 patients live only a few streets away from the Prime Minister's house.

A mosque in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur is urging its members to undergo COVID-19 screenings following five new cases being reported in the neighbourhood
In a statement, Saidina Umar Al Khattab Mosque's committee said the five COVID-19 patients returned from abroad on 11 March, reported The Star.
They come from three separate families, which consist of a retired major and his wife, a doctor, and another couple.
"Therefore, to prevent an outbreak of the virus among us, we urge all mosque committee members and members of the congregation who had contact with (them) to urgently undergo health screenings and determine their individual health status," Malaysiakini quoted the committee chief as saying.
It is learned that the three families live only a few streets away from Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's house
Malayskiakni noted the five infected individuals, whose addresses and names were mentioned in the statement, live close to the premier's house in Bukit Damansara.
A quick check on the mosque's Facebook page found that Muhyiddin visited the mosque on 6 March.
Meanwhile, a grocery store nearby is closed today, 26 March, after they learned that a COVID-19 infected customer visited the place on Monday, 23 March
Ben's Independent Grocer took to Facebook to announce last night, 25 March, that their Plaza Batai outlet will be closed on Thursday for deep cleaning.
"We have been informed that a shopper who visited us at the Jalan Batai outlet on 23 March at 10am had been confirmed as COVID-19 positive," said the company in a statement.
Ben's Independent Grocer then listed a series of measures that the company will take to safeguard their customers' health.
However, neither the statement nor a report by Malay Mail has identified if the infected customer came from the Saidina Umar Al Khattab Mosque's cluster.
