3 Yummy And Healthy Snacks You Can Cook In Under 20 Minutes With An Air Fryer

1. Fried feta triangles

- 1 egg yolk
- 120g of feta cheese
- 1 spring onion
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 8 filo pastry sheets

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and crumble in the feta cheese. Add in parsley, finely sliced spring onion, and season with pepper.
2. Cut 24 squares (about 7 x 7cm) out of the filo pastry sheets. Place one square on top of another to get 12 double layer squares.
3. Place a tablespoon of feta mixture in the middle of each pastry square.
4. Fold one corner to create a triangle, and press the edges together on all sides to wrap the filling in a triangle-shaped pastry.
5. Use a fork to poke holes over the top of each triangle.
6. Brush the triangles with some oil and place them in the air fryer basket. Fry in two batches, with each batch for six minutes at 200° C.

2. Buffalo cauliflower bites

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 500g of cauliflower

Instructions:
1. Mix the curry powder, corn starch, almond flour, salt, hot pepper sauce, tomato paste, honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil in a large bowl.
2. Cut the cauliflower into florets, and coat them with the mixture.
3. Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket and fry them for nine minutes at 200° C.

3. Pumpkin fries with yogurt dip

Ingredients:
- 1 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt
- 250g of yoghurt
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper

Instructions:
1. Wash the pumpkin, cut it open, and remove the seeds.
2. Cut the pumpkin into 1cm thin sticks.
3. Coat the sticks with oil, and sprinkle the curry powder and seasoning salt on both sides.
4. Place the sticks in the air fryer and fry for 15 minutes at 200° C until crispy.
5. In the meantime, stir the pressed garlic, salt, and pepper into the yoghurt for the dip.
6. Serve the pumpkin fries with the yoghurt dip.
