Domino's is the first F&B chain to introduce this drive-by service nationwide in Malaysia. Not only is it convenient, it's also an added safety measure, similar to Domino's zero contact delivery option.
Forget about all the hassle of having to look for parking or worrying that you're gonna kena saman for double parking while picking up your order
Besides that, Pandu Ambil solves a lot of other usual problems that come with trying to pick up a take-away order.

Step 2: Submit your vehicle details online so that the Domino's staff can identify you later.
Step 3: Head over to the Domino's outlet. There'll be a designated spot waiting for you, right in front of the store entrance.
Step 4: Tap on the 'I'm Here' button on the Tracker page.
Step 5: A store member will come to your vehicle and pass you your order through the window.
That's it! You don't even have to get out of your car, it's just that easy, seamless, and convenient.
Pandu Ambil is the latest of Domino's efforts to keep customers safe and encourage social distancing
In addition to Pandu Ambil, Domino's has also launched other contactless services in recent months, such as their mandatory 100% zero contact delivery service and the Potong-Q take-away service in stores.
To encourage hygienic practices and social distancing in all the outlets, Domino's also supports 100% contactless and cashless payment services. If you don't have a credit or debit card, you can opt to pay via other cashless options like GrabPay or online banking.
