5 Fast Food Chains That Have Blessed Us By Offering Menu Rahmah Options
Fast food just got more convenient.

By now, every Malaysian is likely aware of the latest government initiative to combat the rising cost of living: Menu Rahmah
In a nutshell, Menu Rahmah refers to budget-friendly menus that offer food items with prices that are capped at RM5 or below.
It was introduced by the Ministry Of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) in hopes of relieving the financial burden of the low-income community.
Many fast food chains have also hopped on the bandwagon and began offering their versions of Menu Rahmah in hopes of supporting the cause.
Let's take a look at the latest fast food Menu Rahmah deals that are currently available.
1. Burger King
Burger King was one of the first fast food chains to introduce their Menu Rahmah combo deals, declaring their support for the cause.
Customers can now enjoy their choice of burger and a bottle of mineral water for only RM5.
2. McDonald's
McDonald's recently announced their version of the menu, which includes a selection of items such as Bubur Ayam McD, McEgg, and Chicken Burger.
Each meal comes with a cup of ice lemon tea and costs RM5.
3. A&W
A&W's Menu Rahmah features a variety of burgers, including their iconic Cheese Burger, Chicken Sandwich, and Fish Sandwich.
The deal is available at all A&W outlets except the stores in East Malaysia.
4. Texas Chicken
Texas Chicken has also taken part in the initiative and is taking it one step further by including their mouth-watering rice bowls in their Menu Rahmah options.
Customers will get to pick between their Spicy Korean Rice Bowl, Buttermilk Rice Bowl, and Smoky BBQ Flatbread, each set complete with a bottle of mineral water.
However, it's important to keep in mind the deal is only available between 12pm and 3pm daily, while stocks last.
The menu is available at all stores except the ones located at KLCC, KLIA, and Genting.
5. Marrybrown
Last but definitely not least, local favourite Marrybrown, introduced their own Menu Rahmah combos, to the delight of many.
Customers can now select between their chicken burger or curry rice bowl, paired with a bottle of water, each for only RM5.
