Look Out For This Mobile Truck That Lets You Buy Christmas Gifts For Kids In Need

Looking for a way to give back this festive season? Sunway Group is giving you a chance to do just that with their #SunwayforGood mobile truck
Bright red in colour and shaped like a giant present, the truck is impossible to miss. It recently dropped by Damansara Uptown, so we headed over to see what it's all about.
Turns out, the truck lets you donate gifts to children from about 30 different welfare homes. Awww, just imagine how happy they'll be to have presents to open on Christmas morning!
At the truck, you'll be met with a wishlist wall filled with cards. Each one includes details about a child as well as the gift they want. So you won't just be donating money or buying them something random - you'll be able to make a little one's wish come true! :')
Their wishlist includes things like school supplies, sports equipment, home necessities, toys, and more
It may not seem like much but even the smallest gift from you can go a long way in bringing some cheer into these children's lives. They don't even cost that much - the prices for each gift are only about RM30 - RM50.
There's no limit to the number of kids you can donate gifts to, so buy as many as you want.
Here's how the process works:
Step 1: Look through the wishlist wall and choose who you want to donate to.
Step 2: Purchase your selected child's wish item. You can make your payment directly at the truck, via both cash and cashless payment options. You can also pay by converting your Sunway Pals points on the spot when making your purchase.
Step 3: Take an Instax photo and write a heartwarming message to the child. Both of these will be sent to the child, along with their gift, so they'll know exactly who their not-so-secret Santa is. You'll also be able to send them some love and encouragement through your message. :)
The gifts we bought for the kids we chose include a Barbie Doctor Set, a Happy House LEGO Disney Princess Set, a badminton racket, and a Star Wars stationery set.
