For over five decades, Taylor's has been helping students achieve their potential, opening up a world of possibilities to be leaders in the industry and community

Taylor's reputation of providing exceptional tertiary education experience is delivering sterling performance for its pre-university programmes. In the last three years, a total of 1,057 Cambridge A Level students have scored 3As and above, with 12 students placed Top in the World, and 21 Top in Malaysia.

The good news? Taylor's will be hosting an open day event over the first two weekends in August! It'll feature a fun lineup of activities for those looking to further their studies. But first, let's find out what sets Taylor's apart.

For Cambridge A-Level (CAL) student Nikunj Vig, the institution's unique Taylor'sphere ecosystem and community has not only better prepared him for the business world, but also helped his college experience to be more rewarding

"The vibrant campus life and community have allowed me to further explore my interests as I got to engage in many extracurricular activities, participate in competitions, and enlist in clubs and societies, which definitely helped me to understand the practical aspects of things," said the student.

Just like Vig, students enrolled in Taylor's College pre-university programmes are supported by the institution’s holistic teaching method, robust pastoral care, and student support.

In other words, students are provided the right environment, networks, and resources at the college and university level to help them thrive in their academic performance, as well as personal development and future careers.

According to Vig, "The opportunities here at Taylor's has aided in the development of my leadership, communication, and decision-making skills"

"This has helped us in winning the Australian National University Business Case Study Competition under the guidance of Ms. Sujata Devi Nair, CAL programme director and principal lecturer. It was a really tough competition to manage alongside studies as it required intensive research and analysis of important business functions but with the support of Ms. Sujata and team, we were able to excel and take so much learning out of it.

"I believe that my receiving of the Top Achiever's Award is largely due to the Taylor'sphere nurturing ecosystem and community," said Vig who recently graduated in January 2022, before pursuing his studies in Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) at the National University of Singapore.

The lineup of programmes will also feature a series of workshops, discovery classes, exhibitions, and keynote sessions.
