Closing dates are approaching!
1. Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM)
BNM offers two scholarship programmes: the Kijang Pre-University Scholarship and the Kijang Undergraduate Scholarship.
For SPM leavers, the 2025 Kijang Pre-University Scholarship is awarded to eligible individuals to pursue pre-university programmes at BNM's approved colleges.
Eligibility requirements:
- Excellent results: A minimum of 8A's (A and A+ only) in the SPM examinations
- Strong leadership qualities, proven teamwork capabilities, and outstanding performance in extra-curricular activities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Not exceeding 19 years of age as of 1 July 2025

2. Yayasan Khazanah
There are three Khazanah Scholarship Programmes for SPM 2024 candidates:
- Khazanah Global Scholarship Programme (A-Level Studies)
- Khazanah Watan Scholarship Programme (Foundation Studies)
- Wakalah PayNet–Yayasan Khazanah Scholarship Programme (Foundation Studies)

3. Yayasan TM
Under the Yayasan TM Future Leaders Scholarships 2025 programme, Telekom Malaysia will cover students' tuition fees and monthly living allowances.
Eligibility requirements (Overseas programme)
- Malaysian citizen in good health
- Household income not exceeding RM30,000 a month
- Obtained a minimum of 8A+ for SPM 2024 with a minimum grade of C in Sejarah
- Minimum CEFR level: C1
- Not older than 21 years old by December 2025
- Active in co-curricular activities
Eligibility requirements (Local programme)
- Malaysian citizen in good health
- Household income not exceeding RM20,000 a month
- Obtained a minimum of 6A's for SPM 2024 with a minimum grade of C in Sejarah
- Not older than 21 years old by December 2025

4. Sin Chew Daily
The Sin Chew Daily Education Fund aims to help students in need to further their tertiary studies by helping them join diploma or degree courses for free, pledged by participating local educational institutions. This includes HELP University, Sunway University, The One Academy, UTAR, MMU, and more.

5. Yayasan Tenaga Nasional
Students interested in studying abroad or at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in fields such as engineering, renewable energy, data science, accounting, and many more, are encouraged to apply for the TNB PRIME Scholarship.
Among the fields of study offered:
- Electrical Power, Mechanical, Chemical & Civil Engineering
- Renewable Energy / Environment
- Computer Science, Data Science & Analytics, Cyber Security
- Accounting, Finance, Energy Economics & International Business

6. Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB)
Successful applicants of the PNB Global Scholarship Award can study at local preparatory colleges designated by PNB before continuing their bachelor's degree studies at foreign universities.

7. Star Media Group
The Star Education Fund is an initiative by Star Media Group in collaboration with local institutions in Malaysia to provide higher education opportunities to deserving young Malaysians.
Eligibility requirements:
- Malaysian citizens not older than 25 years old
- Excel in extra-curricular activities or active in sports
- Not bonded to or has received any financial aid or awards from other educational institutions or organisations
- Possess reasonably good results in SPM/UEC or equivalent (for foundation/diploma courses)

8. Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA)
MARA offers flexible study loans to excellent SPM 2024 graduates under the Young Talent Development Programme (YTP) to continue their studies at higher education institutions in the country and selected universities abroad. Priority is given to excellent students from the B40 and M40 income groups, especially the urban and rural poor.
Meanwhile, it also offers the JPA-MARA Sponsorship Programme to Bumiputera students interested in furthering their studies locally or abroad, such as in Japan, the UK, and New Zealand, in the fields of engineering, science and technology, accounting, economics, finance, and social sciences.

9. Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA)
JPA offers various sponsorship programmes for SPM graduates:
- Program Penajaan Nasional (PPN) - Offered only to 20 students with the best SPM results to continue their studies at leading universities in the world.
- Program Khas Lepasan SPM Dalam Negara (LSPM) - Available to 200 SPM graduates who achieved at least 9A+ to further their studies in the country.
- Program Khas Perubatan, Pergigian, dan Farmasi Lepasan SPM (PPF2) - Offered to SPM graduates who wish to continue their studies in the fields of medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy within the country.
- Program Khas Jepun, Korea, Perancis, dan Jerman (JKPJ) - Available to 200 SPM graduates interested in the fields of engineering, science and technology, and social science to study in Japan, Korea, France, and Germany.

10. Shell
The Shell Malaysia Scholarship Programme awards financial aid to students intending to pursue higher education in the following fields of study:
- Engineering (mechanical, civil, chemical, petroleum, electrical & electronics, environmental, and sustainable)
- Sciences (geology, geosciences, and data science)
- Commercial (business & management and digital marketing)
Eligibility requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and active participation in extra-curricular activities such as societies and clubs, sports, etc.
- Not currently holding other scholarships or loans
- Minimum 8A's (A/A+) in SPM or excellent O-level grades at IGCSE (A*/A)
- Willing to pursue A-Levels at selected boarding institutions

11. Hong Leong Foundation
The Hong Leong Foundation Scholarship provides financial aid to students intending to pursue further studies in Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Undergraduate Degree programmes in any course or field of studies.
It is a non-bonding scholarship and the foundation encourages students with physical disabilities to apply.
Eligibility requirements:
- Open to Malaysian citizens aged between 17 and 25 years old
- Obtained a minimum academic result of 8A's in SPM or 6A's in UEC
- Applied for and expecting to receive an offer for a Diploma or Undergraduate Degree programme at a local institution
- Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate leadership qualities; who excel in extra-curricular activities and/or sports; and/or who actively engage in community service
- Total household income must be RM5,000 and below

12. Axiata Foundation
The Axiata Foundation All-Star Bestari Scholarship provides students with financial support to cover their education and living expenses for the duration of pre-university studies at a local public institution.
Eligibility requirements:
- Open to Malaysian citizens aged 19 years old and below
- Has a monthly combined household income of RM4,850 and below
- Has a minimum of 6A's (includes A+, A, and A-) in SPM or equivalent courses
