As a token of appreciation for their success, 8Share invited a few users to an intimate gathering on Saturday, 13 December 2014 and treated them to a delicious lunch
The get together over the weekend was an opportunity not only for 8Share to meet their users in person but also for the users to get to know each other
The guests, encouraged to bring another person along, were greeted at the entrance as they arrived and got creative with speech bubbles
8Share users got to know one another and shared interesting facts about themselves
Once introductions have been made and everyone is acquainted, came the glorious lunch session with delicious food from Nando's
After their bellies were full and satisfied, there is a lucky draw session!
The guests were also given the chance to leave their feedback and suggestions for 8share, be it changes or new features that they'd like to see on the website
And of course, there was the mandatory group selfie! Trying to fit 26 people into one photo is no easy task.
