These Talented Msian Photographers Won A Contest With Their Photos. Here's How You Can Too

Previously, these photographers had to take a shot of the property developer's townships, Bandar Ainsdale and Putra Heights. They could choose to take the photos using a smartphone, professional camera or drone as there were three different categories.

This time around, participants are required to flex their photography skills and take shots of two gorgeous townships developed by Sime Darby Property — Nilai Impian and KLGCC Resort.

From beautiful parks to scenic lake gardens, Nilai Impian offers a welcoming and nurturing landscape to begin an active lifestyle or raise a family. Strategically located directly next to Nilai interchange, this township gives you easy accessibility to the North-South Highway and multiple public transportation hubs. Not only that, with their guarded residence having only a single entry and exit point, you'll have a peace of mind knowing that you're in a safe and secure environment.

Meanwhile, KLGCC Resort is for those who desire to experience living in a 360-acre private and luxurious township surrounded by luscious greenery. It is also home to one of the most prestigious golf courses in Asia, and has an array of amenities for your convenience. From courtyard villas to an exclusive serviced residence, you can start living in your dream environment where every day feels like a vacation.

Nilai Impian
Under the Leisure theme, you'll need to capture the township's vibrant leisure and social amenities that make it the pulse of the greater Klang Valley. Within the Culture theme, you'll need to showcase the township's unique culture that balances the progressiveness of Klang Valley with the serenity of Negeri Sembilan. Lastly, in the theme of Nature, you'll need to reflect the township's vision of a sustainable lifestyle by capturing its harmonious co-existence with nature.

KLGCC Resort
For this township, you'll need to capture its exclusive social and relaxing offerings under the Leisure category. And for the Culture theme, you'll need to showcase how the township is truly an international melting pot of arts and culture, making it a prestigious destination for people who are rich in culture. Lastly, in the Nature theme, you'll need to reflect the natural beauty of the greenery and biodiversity that makes KLGCC a true green lung in the city.

Given how gorgeous these developments are, we reckon it won't be a problem!

Through this, Sime Darby Property hopes that participants will be able to see how each township brings the three themes to life in their own unique way.

And who knows, you might fall in love with these developments and end up considering purchasing a home there for yourself! We know we totally would, hehe. :D

Grand Prize: Trip to Battersea Power Station, London for two
- Only the First Prize winners from each category per township will be shortlisted to win the Grand Prize

The Capture 8 Photo Contest, as its name suggests, will run for eight months, covering eight featured Sime Darby Property townships.

So, don't feel put out if you didn't win anything in the last round, because there are still seven more rounds to go, including this one!

There are two categories in which you can participate, the Main Category and the Special Category.

For the Main Category, you'll have to submit your photo through the microsite. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Harness your creativity and take the best photos you can that relate to the contest theme. 

Step 2: Before the deadline, submit your images with a brief caption (up to eight photos per entry).

Step 3: Use the following hashtags when you share your entries on Facebook: #SimeDarbyProperty #Capture8PhotoContest #Townshipname (i.e. Bandar Ainsdale, Putra Heights, etc.) #Theme (i.e. leisure, nature, culture)

If you're planning to take part in the Special Category, you can submit your entries via Facebook and Instagram. Here's what you can do:

Step 1: Harness your creativity and take the best photos you can that relate to the contest theme.

Step 2: Use the following hashtags when you share your entries on social media: #SimeDarbyProperty #Capture8PhotoContest #Townshipname (i.e. Bandar Ainsdale, Putra Heights, etc.) #Theme (i.e. leisure, nature, culture). Don't forget to add a 50-word description to your post!

Step 3: 'Most Liked' winners will be announced monthly, so keep your eyes peeled.
