Malaysians Are Rushing To See This Gigantic Field Of LED White Roses In Serdang

Hundreds, if not thousands of Malaysians have been making their way to Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) every day in the past week for a special exhibition called "Light Sensation"
"The Nightscape of Light Sensation – Love Series" has been the talk of the town ever since the event started last Wednesday, 7 September.
The one-of-a-kind event is showcasing a total of 30,000 Light Emitting Diode (LED) white roses and 708 handheld LED roses.
The event has been awarded the Guinness World Record as "The Most LED Lights Lit in Relay".
It's easy to see why so many people want to look at these "electronic" roses as the view is absolutely breathtaking
For a fee of RM20 for adults and RM5 for children under the age of 12, visitors can spend an unlimited amount of time at the event from 5pm until the place closes at 12am.

The 30,000 LED white roses are arranged to form the shape of a hibiscus, which symbolises Malaysia’s national flower.
Visitors are starting to flock the MAEPS in the early afternoon to witness the scenic view at different times of the day
As the event only starts at 5pm, people would usually start making their way in after lunch hours to queue their way in and beat the crowd.
Many would like to observe the difference of the place during the day and camp at the site until night when it's dark, to see the LED roses in their full glory.
A Ferris Wheel stands out from the crowd, and it has been a hot spot for many of those who would like to have a view of the place from a higher ground
Adding to the carnival-like feel to the event, patrons can also get food from the participating vendors at the venue
For those who would like to have a little bit more fun besides the sightseeing, they can also visit the "Escape Zones" for some exciting activities
However, despite its ongoing popularity, some visitors have cautioned against going to the event after their less-than-satisfying experience
While many couples, families, and friends gathered together for a fun and relaxing outing at MAEPS, some others left the place with utter disappointment.
Several local netizens posted their reviews of the event on social media after attending Light Sensation, stating that organisers have poor planning and terrible event management skills.
They complained that there was no proper system to handle the large crowd and traffic was congested. Additionally, they were also upset at the lack of public toilets and the overpriced food and drinks sold by the vendors.
Nevertheless, thousands of other Malaysians still have good things to say about the stunning exhibition.
So, if you're planning to pay a visit, you better hurry as the event will only be held until this Saturday, 17 September.
