Don’t worry about it, you’ve got the whole of March to do so. Chambers Bar & Grill at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, is serving up its Queensland grain-fed beef paired in combination with Barossa Valley wine, handpicked by its very own in-house sommelier.

Embark on a culinary journey through Queensland and Victoria with their Black Angus Rib Eye steak

Queensland is known as the beef capital of Australia, producing 10.5 million heads of cattle in 2017 alone.

If you're new to steak, things can seem extremely intimidating at first. Take a look at the chart below to see how cooked you like your steak:

For beginners, well-done would be a safe bet. If you're feeling a little adventurous, medium-well would be a great starting point, too!

What's a steak without a good red wine?

Steak and wine go together hand-in-hand.

Great on their own, perfect when paired together.

Sit back, take a sip of that red wine and savour that marvellous steak. Barossa Valley wines, personally recommended by Hilton's in-house sommelier, will surely have you feeling like you made the right decision in dining at Chambers Bar & Grill.

What is Barossa Valley wine?

Here's what to expect:

330g Queensland Black Angus Rib Eye

Imagine slicing your steak-knife into the juicy cut of beef laid out so perfectly in front of you. Then imagine what it tastes like. (Admin is drooling already)

150g Queensland Black Angus Rib Eye And 150g Victorian Black Angus Rib Eye, because two is better than one

Two pieces of steak, both being 150g each, coming from two different regions in the Land Down Under. Why travel to Australia when you can just travel vicariously through your steak instead?
