Avon's New Line Is Perfect For Anyone Who Can't Live Without Matte Lipstick

Avon recently rebranded and relaunched their iconic makeup line as 'Avon True Color'
The new comprehensive makeup range encompasses various face, eye, and lip items that have been scientifically formulated to complement Asian skin tones. 'Avon True Color' promises effortless, long-lasting, and uncompromising colours and finishes.
As part of this, they have also just launched a new matte lipstick line: 'Avon True Color Perfectly Matte Lipstick'
The easy to apply lipstick gives a 100% matte look with lasting comfort and colour that stays on all day. Its exclusive formulation method results in perfectly shaped, non-glossed lips that never cakes or cracks.
It comes in 12 velvety smooth shades (pictured above from left to right): Electric Pink, Adoring Love, Absolute Coral, Marvelous Mocha, Wild Cherry, Hot Plum, Mauve Matters, Ruby Kiss, Ravishing Rose, Splendidly Fuchsia, Coral Fever, and Pure Pink.
It also won over a luxury cosmetic brand preferred by professionals in a gloss value test
The test consisted of two methods: a glossmeter, as well as an established procedure that is often used to ensure a standardised and reproducible evaluation of lipstick gloss values.
The 'Avon True Color Perfectly Matte Lipstick' went against a competitor brand's matte lipsticks and the results put Avon as the clear winner. The 'True Color Perfectly Matte' palette has a gloss value of below 20 while the corresponding competitor's matte shades gloss values ranged from 27.53 to 50.77.
