This landmark 30th iteration of the iconic GEL-KAYANO series is packed with adaptive technology to give you increased stability and comfort throughout your run. From the first step you take, you'll be able to feel the difference in your run, as each stride will feel supported and landings will feel smoother.

First up, it includes new 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM technology, which supports runners by adapting to pronation changes caused by fatigue during a run. Pronation changes are changes in the way your foot rolls inward for impact distribution upon landing.

Instead of bracing your feet to restrict movement, the 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM features an integrated design that works with your body's movement. This allows it to continue providing stability and comfort over the course of your run.

The GEL-KAYANO 30 has also been specially developed to give you softer landings via PureGEL technology, to reduce the pressure and impact on your feet, as well as provide increased shock absorption and smoother transitions.

And finally, the shoes are extra comfy and give you an extra boost of speed, thanks to the combination of their lightweight FF BLAST PLUS ECO cushioning and increased 4mm in stack height. This cushioning material helps keep the shoe lightweight and creates a more energised rebound.

The result of all these advancements is a shoe so comfortable it barely feels like a stability shoe at all.

In a test conducted by ASICS Institute of Sport Science in Kobe, the GEL-KAYANO 30 was found to deliver significant improvements in comfort compared to its predecessor. Plus, those who tested the shoes also said that they were even more comfortable after long runs than when they first put them on.

Pretty impressive, huh?

Not only are they made with approximately 24% bio-based content, they are also labelled with their total amount of CO2e emissions across its lifecycle. This will allow you to make an informed purchase decision, taking the shoes' environmental impact into consideration.
