Celebrating their authentic spirit and rich heritage, adidas Malaysia, in collaboration with JD Sports, officially launched the adidas Originals x JD Sports Pop-Up yesterday, 6 September
Happening in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur until 17 September, the adidas Originals x JD Sports Pop-Up will encompass footwear displays, exclusive merchandise, and services for guests to indulge in the origins of adidas Originals.
Embracing the label's contemporary evolution, this pop-up is an immersive experience that highlights two of adidas' most iconic silhouettes, Samba and Gazelle.
Loyal followers of adidas will recall the distinctive design of the Samba, with its sleek leather upper, signature suede toe cap, and gum rubber outsole. On the other hand, the Gazelle has seen quite an evolution with its sleek suede upper and iconic three-stripe design, having been reimagined in various colourways and materials over time.

Explore the Archive Footwear Display to discover the evolution of iconic adidas Originals sneakers, which will have a particular emphasis on the Samba and Gazelle silhouettes. Visitors will also get the chance to experience the Shoe Trialing avenue and experience what has made the adidas Original Samba a staple for both sports and streetwear.
You can even test your knowledge on adidas Originals and JD Sports topics at the Interactive Quiz Game Station.. Those who are able to answer just four out of eight questions correctly will receive a JD Sports gift card.
Aside from the pop-up, visitors will also be greeted by a larger-than-life model of an adidas Original Samba, marking a pathway to the JD Sports outlet in Pavilion Elite.
Shop your hearts out and enhance your style with chic adidas products! Customers who spend a minimum of RM350 will be able to select one premium item, while those who spend a minimum of RM500 will be eligible for two premiums. Some of the gift with purchase options range from pins to laces and even patches.
There will also be a professional shoe cleaning service at the store, dedicated to preserve the lifespan of one's favourite footwear. Partnering with Crep Protect, the pop-up embellishes on the importance of sneaker care, with those who purchase any adidas footwear on-ground able to receive free protection spray.
However, note that the shoe cleaning service is only applicable for a limited number of attendees who attend the event in adidas sneakers, and is only available from Friday to Sunday at 3pm to 6pm.

Chief executive officer (CEO) of JD Sports Malaysia, Andre Loong, expressed how their purpose has always been on consistently expanding their understanding of street culture and fashion.
