This Mum Is The Most 'Kan Cheong' Co-Driver Any Son Could Ask For
"Step on the brake!"
Do you remember how you felt when you passed your driving test and got a driver's license?
But all that excitement washed away when you had to take your parents out for a ride for the first time...
If you've forgotten, here's something that could refresh your memory ;)
A Facebook page named, 'Rainbow House Kelas Bahasa Inggeris (English Class)' uploaded a mini video featuring a mother and son's conversation in a car. They are both heard speaking in Mandarin.
Taken from the backseat of the car, the video shows the son driving while his mother is seated at the passenger's seat.
It was mentioned that the son had just gotten his driver's licence recently.
The 2-minute long video might just ring a bell, with scenes that show the mother chiding her son for "going too fast"
At the start of the video, the mother was heard asking her son to step on the brakes several times.
It didn't stop there. She went on to ask her to son to take her preferred route and continued telling him that he was driving too fast.
...but in his nervousness, he ended up using the wrong lever and turned on the windscreen wipers instead!
We all know the experience wouldn't be complete without your mum threatening to get out of the car...
The mother's sudden screams to alert her son about the oncoming 'obstacles' on the road is bound to remind you of your own parents.
The video obviously resonates with a lot of people as it has received more than 2 million views, 75,000 shares and 16,000 comments.
The same video with Bahasa Melayu subtitles was also uploaded on the page, and it has received about 16,000 views so far.
Sometimes we get agitated and drive you crazy, but mothers, remember that we love you! :p
