Back in February, the colour of this dress tore everyone apart. Relationships were broken, lives were crushed and egos were hurt.

That dress has been chucked out of the closet to make room for a new dilemma...

On Tuesday, Twitter user @totallymendes asked her followers a very simple question...

At the time of writing, the tweet hit 6,000 retweets and 7,000 favourites, all because people couldn't agree on the colour that should go with her shoes.

The hashtag #TheShoe has been trending, with many Twitter users going above and beyond to solve this first world problem

While some just want to move on with their lives...

Shortly after, @totallymendes began regretting over her actions. It's too late girl, IT'S TOO LATE.
