Pos Malaysia has joined in the viral #TetrisChallenge with a Facebook post on Saturday, 5 October

"We're celebrating World Post Day on 9 October, but first, here's our #TetrisChallenge!" the caption read.

"Did you know that our postmen carry, on average, 400 letters, 20 registered mail, and 10 small packages?"

The post has since been shared over 1,700 times.

Facebook users took to the comment section to thank the postmen who have worked tirelessly through the years with the hashtag #tqabangposmen

A Facebook user thanked her son's favourite neighbourhood postman.

This user thanked his own father who has worked with Pos Malaysia for over 20 years.

Another user thanked postmen who help online business owners such as herself make a living.

Meanwhile on Twitter, people made light fun about our national postal service

"After 22 years of living, it is only today that I learned Poslaju equips their postmen with raincoats," wrote one Twitter user.

Someone tried to find the 'Not At Home' note that a postman leaves when nobody is at home to collect the mail.

A Twitter user imagined the postman lying in the picture with a grimace must have said, "Quickly take the picture! The glare is so bad."
