North Korea may not have participated in this year's Winter Olympics, but one of its athletes has still left hearts swooning on the Internet
A team of short-track athletes was sent from North Korea to participate in the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.
Footage of their previous appearance on the news showed one of the athletes looking coy in the background behind another member, and the audience was quick to point him out.
According to Koreaboo, his name is Kim Byul Sung.
He appears to be trending (yet again) this year, with some likening his good looks to popular Crash Landing on You actor Hyun Bin
