National shuttler Cheah Liek Hou recently clinched Malaysia's first gold medal at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, and he celebrated with pride and joy — rightfully so!

In a hilarious video, the shuttler can be seen running with the Malaysian flag, jumping for joy.

However, in his enthusiasm, he appeared unaware that he was celebrating right behind an ongoing badminton match.

TikTok user Ms. Kimcherry shared the moment on screen, revealing that the match in progress featured men's singles player Muhammad Fareez Anuar, dressed in black attire.

Fortunately, during those few seconds, no shuttle was in play, as Fareez and his opponent were preparing to resume the match.

In badminton competitions, multiple matches often take place simultaneously in the same venue, with courts positioned adjacent to one another

So, it's not uncommon for one match to conclude while another is still in progress.
