If reports are to be believed, a film student, by the name of Constantino Basile, is suing an LA based movie studio for $2 billion.

In the lawsuit, Constantino claims that two assignments he submitted in 2011 while attending Los Angeles Film School, 'The World of Jupiter' and 'Crisis on Jupiter,' were sold by a teacher at the school to Hollywood film writers. Parts of his stories were then used in the films 'MIB3,' 'Prometheus' and 'Elysium'.

In the docs, Basile says a teacher at the school sold his work to Hollywood film writers ... who incorporated various elements of the stories into their movies, including "MIB 3," "Prometheus," and "Elysium."

He Also Claims That His Ideas Were Ripped And Used In Hollywood Blockbusters "Prometheus" And "Elysium"

Elysium, set in 2154, stars Matt Damon and tells of how the very wealthy live on a man-made space station while the rest of the population resides on a ruined Earth.

Constantino thinks his ideas were so good that they were also ripped and used in Hollywood blockbusters 'Prometheus' and 'Elysium' and were even spoofed by legendary director Steven Spielberg for an SNL segment known as 'Laser Cats 7'.

Reports confirm the young man filed the lawsuit without an attorney. He wants $2 billion in damages.
