If you've ever felt the bittersweet ache of loving someone but having to let go, or the struggle of chasing your dreams, then here's some news that'll hit you right in the feels
Due to overwhelming demand, the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) has officially added an extra date for La La Land in Concert.
The show dates are now:
- 4 May, 3pm (new date added)
- 9 May, 8pm
- 10 May, 8pm (sold out)
- 11 May, 3pm
- 12 May, 3pm
Originally released in 2016, La La Land quickly became a modern classic, capturing hearts worldwide with its stunning cinematography, heartfelt storytelling, and unforgettable soundtrack
The film follows the journey of a jazz pianist and an aspiring actress as they navigate love and ambition in Los Angeles.
This special concert event will feature a full orchestra and jazz band conducted by Gerard Salonga, performing Justin Hurwitz's Academy Award-winning score live, in perfect sync with the film.
Audiences can expect to hear every note from iconic tracks like City of Stars and Another Day of Sun, as well as the breathtaking piano solos that define the film's musical brilliance.
