Touring as a solo artist for the very first time, Mike Shinoda of the rock band Linkin Park is heading to our neighbours across the Causeway as part of the tour's Asian leg

In addition to Singapore, he is also slated to perform in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and at the Summer Sonic Festival in Osaka.

The singer-songwriter/rapper-producer will be performing new songs from his upcoming debut solo album Post Traumatic at Zepp @ Bigbox, Singapore on 22 August

Slated to be released on 15 June, Post Traumatic follows the release of the three-song EP of the same name. The EP also marks his first new music since Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington's death in July last year.

In a statement released in January, Shinoda wrote, "The past six months have been a rollercoaster."

"Art has always been the place I go when I need to sort through the complexity and confusion of the road ahead. I don’t know where this path goes, but I’m grateful I get to share it with you," he added.
