Live Nation, the organiser of LANY's concert in KL this year, announced that ticket sales have been delayed to Thursday, 8 June

Last week, the band announced that they will be coming to KL on 24 August, with Live Nation initially stating that tickets would go on sale on Tuesday, 6 June.

However, in a tweet on Tuesday, the concert organiser announced that ticket sales will go live this Thursday at 10am (local time) instead.

LANY will be performing at Zepp KL at 8.30pm on 24 August as part of their 'First The Moon, Then The Stars: A Tour Before A World Tour'.

Kuala Lumpur will be among the stops on their tour, which will include Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Osaka, Tokyo, Seoul, Jakarta, and Honolulu.

After the recent tweet, several Twitter users commented asking Live Nation why they did not make the announcement earlier:

SAYS has reached out to Live Nation for comment and there has been no response at the time of writing.

Fans were disappointed when LANY came to KL last year to perform and concert seating arrangements were changed at the last minute after people had already bought their tickets

Live Nation, who also organised that concert, announced the change in seating after ticket sales, which left concert-goers upset as those close to the stage were pushed back, which defeated the purpose of paying a higher price for their tickets.

For Billie Eilish's concert in August last year, the same organiser came under fire when fans expressed that the advertised layout plan was misleading, as there was a huge field and running track in between the Standing Zone and the CAT 2 seating area.

The ticket price difference between those two areas was not that much, and many attempted to demand for a refund.
