Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) has unveiled a brand new outlet in LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre that looks different from all the rest

Set to open tomorrow, 1 August, the new GSC branch reflects retro cinema vibes with its pastel pink and baby blue interior and rustic golden brass detailing.

It's as if you're stepping into the '60s, with peach-pink themed walls lining the walkways and terrazzo tile details at the snack counters, tables, and bathrooms.

Decked with swings, intimate seating corners, and colourful, patterned walls, each corner of the new cinema is designed for movie-goers to enjoy relaxing at prior to, or even after catching a movie

At the cinema, Happy Food Co. café opened its second outlet in the Klang Valley, offering bites and signature milkshakes that can be enjoyed at its vibrant setting, or to take into the halls during your movie.

The cinema has a total of 12 halls, including BIG and 4DX options that movie buffs will appreciate

If you're unfamiliar with GSC's halls, BIG is designed with a 20-metre in width and 10.8-metre in height screen, powered by a 4K laser projector for visual clarity and sharpness, as well as colour accuracy and dispersion.

The hall also comes with a Dolby Atmos surround sound setup for crystal clear audio, so movie-goers can fully immerse themselves in the movie.

Meanwhile, 4DX is equipped with motion-enabled chairs, which create strong vibrations and sensations, as well as environmental controls for simulated weather and other conditions, such as lightning, rain, flashing (strobe) lights, fog, and strong scents.

Check out the new GSC outlet opening tomorrow.
