On Saturday night, 10 October, producers of Puteri Gunung Ledang will livestream the award-winning Malaysian film on YouTube for free
It was the first Malaysian movie to be submitted for The Academy Awards in 2004.
A tale of forbidden romance, loyalty, and duty, it was the first big-budget Malaysian movie ever made.
The film is based on the Malay legend of the Gunung Ledang princess
It stars Tiara Jacquelina, M Nasir, and Adlin Aman Ramlie.
According to its producers, Enfiniti Malaysia, the movie is being livestreamed for free to celebrate their 22nd anniversary on 10 October 2020.
A digitally remastered producer's cut of Puteri Gunung Ledang will be livestreamed for one night only on Enfiniti Malaysia's YouTube channel at 8.45pm Saturday night.
